GCB MD concludes regional branch tour with visit to Volta Region
The Managing Director of GCB Bank PLC, Farihad Alhassan, has concluded his regional branch visits with a tour of selected branches in the Volta Region.
The final leg of the tour took him to the bank’s Hohoe, Jasikan and Kpando branches, where he engaged staff and customers and assessed the operations and experiences across the branches.
In a post on Facebook, Mr. Alhassan described the visits as invaluable, saying the engagements provided him with fresh perspectives on areas the bank needs to continue improving.
He particularly highlighted the need to create the right working environment for employees to perform at their best while delivering superior value to customers.
The GCB Managing Director expressed appreciation to staff across the branches for their dedication, commitment and continued service to the bank.
According to him, although the regional visits have come to an end, the insights gathered from the engagements will continue to inform and shape the bank’s work going forward.
The regional tour forms part of efforts by the GCB management to engage directly with employees and customers, understand operational challenges and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
