Zongo Project Campaign Begins in Upper West Region as Nasara Organizer Aspirant Engages Constituency and TESCON Organizers
The campaign for the Zongo Project has officially begun in the Upper West Region, with the aspirant for the position of National Nasara Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) engaging party executives, constituency representatives and TESCON Nasara organizers across the region.
On Saturday, the aspirant commenced the tour with a courtesy visit to Hon. Hafiz Bin Saleh, whom he described as a good brother and friend.
He subsequently paid a visit to the Upper West Regional Chairman, Alhaji White, and some members of the regional executive at his residence.
As part of the campaign activities, the aspirant engaged representatives from 11 constituencies in the region, including Wa Central, Wa West, Nadowli-Kaleo, Daffiama-Bussie-Issa (DBI), Jirapa, Lawra, Nandom, Lambussie, Sissala East and Sissala West.
He also met with TESCON Nasara organizers from various tertiary institutions across the Upper West Region.
The meetings provided an opportunity for the aspirant to share his vision and key policy proposals aimed at building a vibrant, well-resourced and effective Nasara Wing capable of advancing the interests of the party and strengthening its engagement with Zongo communities.
Addressing the gathering, he urged the constituency representatives and TESCON Nasara organizers to support his candidacy as he seeks to become the next National Nasara Organizer of the NPP.
He expressed appreciation to the leadership, delegates and members of the Nasara Wing in the Upper West Region for their warm reception and active participation throughout the engagements.
He said the positive response and productive discussions had further strengthened his resolve to work towards a more vibrant, united and adequately resourced Nasara Wing.
